Reggae/dancehall artiste Jahmiel recently performed at the 13th staging of the three-day Montreal International Reggae Festival, in Canada.
Backed by the Ruff Kutt band, Jahmiel, who missed his set at the recently concluded Reggae Sumfest, made things right with his fans by delivering a strong set comprised of recent hits.
Opening the performance with his popular True Colours record, Jahmiel would go on to receive huge responses for singles like You Can Do It Too, Great Man, Where Were You and Gain The World.
The artiste, who recently returned to the island, will be celebrating his birthday today. In celebration of his special day, he will also release the visuals for his new single, Years To Come.
“Years to Come is a single to inspire people to look pass the naysayers and stay focused. Don’t get distracted by those who tell you, you can’t. Just know say, years to come you will achieve greatness” Jahmiel told The STAR.
Years To Come was produced by Quantanium Records/Patriotz Muzic. The music video was directed by Warrior Films.
Jahmiel is set to spend the night of his birthday at Triple Century with his fans in Kingston, before he departs to New York, where he is scheduled to perform at Irie Jam 23rd anniversary alongside Sizzla Kalonji. He is also booked for several appearances over the Labour Day weekend in New York.
