JULIAN MARLEY, BAHIANO, MR SONIC, AND ANTAEUS DROP “ROLL (RODANDO MR SONIC REMIX)” OFFICIAL VIDEO
| Following the recent release of his critically acclaimed album Colors Of Royal, two-time Grammy-nominated artist Julian “JuJu” Marley, alongside Argentine reggae star Bahiano, Grammy-winning Venezuelan producer Mr Sonic, and producer Alexx Antaeus dropped the official video today for “Roll (Rodando Mr Sonic Remix).” The brand new video premiered today on the Monom Records YouTube channel. Directed by Justin Braham and Maria Somoza, and produced by Level Music Group 305 (director/producer combined credits include Ozuna, Yandel, and Tito El Bambino, among others), the new visuals were filmed at several key locations in Miami. The international quartet are first seen holding court poolside after a rigorous recording session at the legendary Circle House Studios (home of reggae icons Inner Circle). After unwinding with a bike ride and a lively game of beer pong, the crew heads out for the evening to the world famous La Scala de Miami to perform the song for a capacity crowd. The concert footage was taken from an actual show at La Scala where Julian joined Bahiano onstage for the live performance debut of the remix. Julian Marley said, “I am excited to finally release the ‘Roll Rodando’ remix video and to have worked with Bahiano and such a talented crew at Circle House Studio. It was a great vibes and a blessed experience collaborating with everyone and I think the video definitely captures the energy and spirit of the song. When he suggested Argentine reggae star Bahiano, it was a no brainer. Julian Marley is breaking free from convention with his new album Colors of Royal, a collaboration project with producer Alexx Antaeus (Earth, Wind & Fire, Rolling Stones, Yaksta), out now on all streaming platforms via Monom Records. Julian is a roots-reggae musician, singer-songwriter, producer, and humanitarian. Colors of Royal follows Julian’s 2019 Grammy-nominated album, As I Am, which scored millions of streams worldwide, and features collaborations with Jamaican superstars like Shaggy, Beenie Man, Spragga Benz, and Addis Pablo. Antaeus is an award-winning music producer, record label owner and GRAMMYS voting member. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree (Music Industry). For his work, he has received numerous gold and platinum records. His credits include The Rolling Stones, The Boys, Earth, Wind and Fire, Tommy Lee Sparta, Jah Vinci, Yaksta and Julian Marley.Antaeus achieved worldwide success with his four previous albums: Byzantine Meditation, World Prayer, Zero4 and Chromasounds.
